Top Tier Childcare Consulting was created from my deep love for children, families, and the people who care for them every day. My journey began in Columbia, South Carolina, in 2015 when I started caring for children in my home to support nearby families. What started as a simple act of service quickly grew into a calling.

In 2017, I took a step of faith and opened an early learning center, where I served families, mentored educators, and built a team rooted in love, excellence, and purpose. That experience gave me a deep understanding of both the joy and the challenges of leading in early childhood education.

Over time, I felt led to expand my reach and support other childcare professionals beyond my own center. Top Tier Childcare Consulting was born from the desire to encourage, equip, and uplift providers as they build programs that are meaningful, sustainable, and aligned with their purpose.

My heart is to support the whole person behind the program. I believe that when leaders feel seen, supported, and confident, children and families benefit.
